I’ve just checked with our warehouse team, and at this stage we’re still waiting for the return to be received and processed. Sometimes returns can take a little longer than expected to be checked in, particularly if there’s a backlog, and I apologise for the delay.

100% functional, build quality looks a bit cheap but fine for the price. If you want it to be a show piece better check another model.
Our Point Pod is one of the best additions to our new home. With easy access for both appliances and laptops, and clean lines when recessed, we can’t recommend it enough.

While I really hoped to give this 5 stars, I'm afraid I can't. The installation proved less than ideal with the edges of the slab getting a bit fraid on both the mounting hole, as well as, the puck. The housing also shifts quite a bit which means that the sleave doesn't always stay plumb. Lastly, the recepticles themselves are VERY tight, which means any time I plug or unplug anything I'm causing some shifting (see above). I don't know how many alternatives there are to large waterfall islands out there and these are both beautiful and functional they may not be for everyone.
The outlet was very easy to install and looks great on the countertop. It's great to have a phone charger on top, USB and USB-C ports as wel.
We purchased this item as it looked a clean simple solution for a pop up which was already wired.
The item arrived very well packaged and was simple to fit.
