Phone outlets stopped working out of warranty but MPS supplied a replacement at 50% discount. Very responsive to my emails.

This was a very tricky install, custom work required in my opinion to make it look nice.
Outlet is INCREDIBLY difficult to plug things into and unplug them. The outlet is a tamper resistant outlet, not sure why they chose this.
The motorized pop up is cool.
Our achitect Studio JLA recommended this to us as their client installed one 5 years ago and loved the product. Was so amazed how fast it arrived on my doorstep after ordering, as good as Amazon!

This is the second socket I've purchased from mp solutions, I was so happy with the first one I bought another for my office.
I must say though how easy they are to install and use also very well built.
Looks really stylish but the wireless charger does tend to go off at times while it's charging
Works a treat. Keeps bench top clear when not in use. Could only suggest 2 USB type phone charger outlet, not just the single one. Households now have multiple phones and IPads.

Please try tightening the ring under the countertop, this may help it stay more flat with your bench.
Over time, the pop up outlet should be easier to open or close. Sometimes they are a bit more stiff when new.
