Warranty Policy

24 months warranty applies to all products. Please submit a Support Request to make a warranty claim.

Refund & Return Policy

30-day return guarantee. If you are unhappy with a product, you may return it within 30 days for a refund. However a 10% restocking fee will apply which covers transactional, repackaging and shipping costs. Returned products must be in good condition and free from damage. 

Exchange Policy

Products may be exchanged within 30 days of receiving. No restocking fee will apply to product exchanges.
