Can the fitted cord be cut for hardwiring?
No. Plug the fitted cord into a grounded receptacle and do not cut or alter it.
Will a 4-inch hole fit?
Yes. The V16 fits 95–105 mm openings; a 100 mm or 4 in. (101.6 mm) opening is recommended. The body is 95.2 mm in diameter, with a 115 mm top flange and 127 mm locking ring.
Can it be used in wet locations?
No. The IP20 unit is for indoor, dry-location use only.
