For general support, you’ll first connect with a team member from our Philippines team. If they can’t resolve your issue, you can request to speak with a local team member by filling out the “Speak with a Manager” form. Our local team will respond as quickly as possible. The Philippines team operates 24/7, so they can quickly assist with common queries like order or delivery issues.

Returns - Contact

Modern Power Solutions accepts returns, but conditions apply. For change of mind returns, a restocking fee applies if you choose a cash refund instead of store credit. Learn more about why we charge a restocking fee.

If you received a faulty product or one that’s not as described or missing parts, you can submit a Support Request. We apologize in advance and will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible after contact.
